If the UK wishes to continue its global role as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, then the Country has to provide and fully fund sufficient and appropriate Armed Forces. The alternative is to step back from the world stage.

The UK faces a clear choice: Increase funding to match current and anticipated commitments, OR: Reduce present and future commitments to match resources available (without compromising the effectiveness or safety of our Armed Forces)
